The project consists of 8,800 sqft of retail shops owned by the Gierczyk Companies in line with the CVS Pharmacy approximately 15,000 sqft formerly the Osco Retail Center (American Food Co.). The interior in line shops were designed for a six tenant capacity accommodating 6 services, telco, electrical panels and roof top units for future use. The retail center was sold at completion of the punchlist. The building construction consisted of masonry vertical construction, steel joists and wood roof deck. The roof is encapsulated with a Class A 4-ply with gravel and concrete roof tile on canopy areas.

The Gierczyk Inc. construction contribution consists of  The Las Sendas Club House, The Las Sendas Maintenance Facility, and underground infrastructure, improvements and street construction of  Las Colinas at Las Sendas. The club house construction consists of concrete, masonry, and steel structure for the lower level underground golf cart and maintenance storage area. This lower level supports the concrete deck first floor and outdoor patios. th eshell of this structure is constructed of frame walls, frame roof and wood trusses.The finish of this building is stucco with a snaked clay tile and mortar roof system. the interior improvement consists of the pro shop, mixed grill with a restaurant, kitchen and bar. The exterior grounds consist of a massive landscape plan, cabana and full circular concrete drive patterned with exposed aggregate concrete and colored slab variations.

This project is the 1st home of the re-known Schwartz Laser Eye Center. The man that makes dreams come true, Dr Jay L. Schwartz is the Team Opthalmologist of the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamond Backs and the Team Lasik Opthalmologist of the Phoenix Coyotes. We are  proud to have taken a role in the construction of the project with over 22,000 patients walking through his doors for optical assistance and laser surgery. He has performed more surgeries than any other surgeon in the state of Arizona.

The tenant improvement consists of the Patient waiting/Reception with custom millwork display cases, a one way visual glass operatory window in the Patient Waiting Area, granite reception counters, custom millwork filing and accounting room, millwork medical stations in exam rooms with specific lighting for exam testing, two lab areas with millwork, a surgery room with climatic control per equipment specifications, a staff lounge and staff offices equipped with washrooms and showers.

This project consists of 16,500 sqft of commercial office and industrial warehouse flexible to lease to two tenants.The project involved engineered retaining walls due to the elevation of the building on this site adjacent to a retention basin. The building was constructed of concrete retaining walls, masonry block verticle walls, wood truss and wood deck roof system, misc. steel columns and ornamental metal as well as a foam roof  for encapsulation. Storefront glazing was utilized at several locations of the building due to the fact it was designed to lease space to more than one tenant with additional overhead doors. The property is secure with two steel gates. Loading and delivery is easy with two separate entrance/exit locations.

The development project consists of (7) buildings, single and two story and approximately 80,000 sqft. of retail, restaurant, free standing dry cleaners, free standing two story office, and free standing child care center use. Gierczyk Inc.was responsible for the verticle construction of five of the seven buildings, interior improvements and worked as a team with IDI Inc., the infrastructure developer, to build the project. Two outlots were sold and self-developed by Valley Bank and Children's World. The construction consists of masonry block walls, wood roof structure with wood deck, foam roof and concrete roof tile. Natural stone materials, steel awnings, desert paint colors and stucco finish the exterior of the building to meet the McDowell Mountain standard of desert motif. The heavy boulder landscape and desert foliage is natural to the mountainous surroundings blending the buildings into the environment.

An expansion to the Sand's Chevrolet empire, this project consists of two 10,000 sqft service centers. One center for the office and automotive repair  and the other center equipped with state of the art spray booths. The automotive building consists  two stories. The interior platform deck is utilized for parts and is continuous the length of the building. Overhead doors and ventilation are critical in the efficient functioning of both of the service centers. Enormous exhaust units draw fumes within the underground tunnels ducted under the floor of the spray booths. A large parking area is also consistent in the design for the storage of automobiles for repair and the next mechanical and finish process. The buildings are a combination of masonry structure, pre-engineered steel beams, steel purlins and steel roof deck. The roof areas sheeted with wood panels and metal sheeting. The interior structure lined with R-30 plus insulation and wrapped with a scrim sheet. All the overhead doors are interlocked with the mechanical system and fire alarm. The concrete floors etched and coated with an epoxy speckled floor finish.
