The  Las Sendas Golf Community is in harmony with nature, and focuses on the premise of safety and security. The result is  Tactical, Societal and Spiritual Elements combining to create an eclectic, serene design to inspire a sense of belonging.  Located on the original Red Mountain Ranch where Power and Thomas Road intersect, Las Sendas is an 1800 acre development. Gary Walker and Buddy Johnson of United Development Inc. with the support of James P. Gierczyk and Gierczyk Development Inc. created a team that would develop the beginnings of the Las Sendas Golf Community including land planning, sales, partnerships and construction.

The Gierczyk Inc. construction contribution consists of  The Las Sendas Club House, The Las Sendas Maintenance Facility, and underground infrastructure, improvements and street construction of  Las Colinas at Las Sendas. The club house construction consists of concrete, masonry, and steel structure for the lower level underground golf cart and maintenance storage area. This lower level supports the concrete deck first floor and outdoor patios. th eshell of this structure is constructed of frame walls, frame roof and wood trusses.The finish of this building is stucco with a snaked clay tile and mortar roof system. the interior improvement consists of the pro shop, mixed grill with a restaurant, kitchen and bar. The exterior grounds consist of a massive landscape plan, cabana and full circular concrete drive patterned with exposed aggregate concrete and colored slab variations.

This project is a 44,750 sqft retail center. Located on the northwest corner of Gilbert Rd and Guadalupe intersection. Goodwill Industries leases approximately 28,000 square feet of the building. See interior improvement construction pictures by Gierczyk Inc. The shell building consists of a 28'0" tilt up concrete building structure with wood truss and wood deck roof assembly encapsulated by a 3-ply built up roof membrane. The exterior canopy is a wood frame with a synthetic stucco system. The retail center entry includes storefront glass continuous at length of the building with a 20'-0" tall curtain wall exposing the Goodwill retail area with an efficient natural light source.
