Gierczyk Inc. Office Improvement

This project Consists of an office improvement located  in the Pima Commerce Center, NAIOP award winning offfice complex on the Scottsdale 101 and Raintree Blvd intersection with signage exposure on the 101 freeway. The  project is home of Shea Commercial and Prudential Real Estate Services CRES, North Scottsdale Dermotology, Smiles by Dr. Joyce Basset On Q Financial, Chicago Title, On Q Financial and Pinnacle Bank among others. The improvement consists of (1) 2,200 sqft contemporary design with room for expansion into an additional 800 sqft., a separate electric meter, water, sewer and phone accommodate the 800 sqft. unit space for a future condominium sale. The 800 sqft condo unit is ready for improvement or sale with a separate entrance and / or common area use and signage from within the 2,200 sqft. space. Complete contemporary building renovation of an old historic 9,000 sqft., 2 story office/warehouse building. Total remediation of a concrete structure with masonry in-fill panels to a basic raw material shell. Entire roof removal and replacement of exposed wood plank deck with new materials. Installation of exterior storefront glazing, sandblasting of existing steel joists, concrete ceilings,  and existing wood plank ceiling. Plaster removal at all walls to expose and sandblast the existing masonry. Demolition of interior concrete second flloor to add a steel and glass staircase. Demo of all interior plumbing electrical and mechanical to add all new exposed services. Interior offices installed of storefront glass and smooth drywall. Two kitchens installed with custom walnut european millwork, concrete and corian counter tops. A second story  sintech patio deck with fountain, planter and glass rails completes the plans and specifications by Merz Project.

25,000 square foot office building, complete renovation.  Entire concrete, masonry building and parking lot demo to expose natural building materials.   Interior wood catwalks and second floor platforms were dismantled; entire interior structure remediated for asbestos removal.  Interior shell soda blasted from wood ceiling to exposed concrete floor and beams. replacement of roof wood plank, foam roof and windows, dormer windows, masonry and structural reinforcement of perimeter shell.

Two story interior improvement consisting of existing and new wood components, steel catwalks, elevator, contemporary office design including an indoor basketball court to create the fun  and appealing environment for the #1 advertising firm in Arizona.
