Geno Bilotto has been with Gierczyk Companies for over 15 years and soon will be in select company when he accomplishes his goal of becoming a member of CCIM. Geno has completed a variety of real estate transactions for Gierczyk including industrial, design-build, residential, vacant land acquisitions, and leasing of many of our retail sites. Geno is also a member of the South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association so he can keep up with the local trends in real estate that affect the South Suburbs.

James P. Gierczyk is the Founder and President of Gierczyk Companies, a south side group of companies which have focused on real estate development, brokerage and design build construction services, responsible for over one half billion dollars of commercial, industrial and residential projects in Illinois, Indiana, Arizona, Georgia and Michigan since it's inception in 1978

Rupen Shah moved here from India in 1986 where he constructed highrise office buildings there. He soon found out that things were built different here in the U.S. In India women would bring concrete in buckets to the site, here we use heavy equipment. Shah has a engineering degree from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Construction Management. Rupen Shah is a loving family man with two children and currently heads the Construction of all Gierczyk projects.

Dante, or as his friends call him "Dan" joined Gierczyk in 2003 and has diligently established himself as one of the top agents in the industry. He has successfully negotiated various leases and sales transactions for many retail sites for Gierczyk. His emphasis within the company is on land and investment sales along with retail leasing; Dante received a Bachelor's Degree from Columbia College is a licensed real estate broker, a member of ICSC and N.I.C.A.R.
