James P. Gierczyk is the Founder and President of Gierczyk Companies, a south side group of companies which have focused on real estate development, brokerage and design build construction services, responsible for over one half billion dollars of commercial, industrial and residential projects in Illinois, Indiana, Arizona, Georgia and Michigan since it's inception in 1978

Larry Leonardo has over 30 years of understanding and knowledge of the Chicagoland markets.

Larry is a current bussiness/family man who has built a wide range of contacts and strong relationships with key decision makers within the business community.

Dan serves as Gierczyk's Real Estate Manager and Property Manager in the Midwest.

Dan's real estate career has included negotiating a Meijer's development valued over eight million dollars, leases with many AAA credit tenants and development of 3 new shopping centers in the Chicago area.  

Dan has extensive relationships with top brokers, developer's, city officials and retailers that lead to exciting new acquisitions and development opportunities throughout the Midwest.

Mr. Tiberi also manages Gierczyk properties throughout the Chicagoland area providing a hands on approach with management issues, vendor contract management and maintenance activities. 

Dan received a Bachelor's Degree from Columbia College, Certificate in Instrumentation Process and Controls from Kansas University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Indiana, a member of ICSC and N.I.C.A.R.
