Geno Bilotto has been with Gierczyk Companies for over 15 years and soon will be in select company when he accomplishes his goal of becoming a member of CCIM. Geno has completed a variety of real estate transactions for Gierczyk including industrial, design-build, residential, vacant land acquisitions, and leasing of many of our retail sites.

Daniel Gierczyk has been in the real estate community for over 23 years working not only for Gierczyk but himself as well. He is a graduate of University of Illinois Chicago with a degree in Marketing and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois,Arizona and Indiana. Skilled in Commercial,Residential and Industrial Daniel has completed transactions in every area of real estate for his clients and is a member of ICSC.

He is the proud father of Angelina Rose and a loving husband with strict principles and ethics, he believes that hard work and loyalty are important values in life.

David J. Gierczyk is an integral component of the Arizona Design Build team since relocating from the Gierczyk Companies Illinois construction office in 1984. He is the Vice President of Gierczyk inc. and has been successful in developing and constructing the Arizona market for Gierczyk Inc., from Golf Course Development, Retail Centers, Commercial / Medical Office, Restaurants and Industrial projects. He has experience in Land Planning, Development, and Architectural Design, from zoning to city approvals: a one-stop shop for entitlement from dirt to a turn key building development. He graduated the Del Webb School of Construction and Engineering, 'Magna Cum Laude' at Arizona State Unniversity. David is a licenced B-01 Commercial and B Residential licensed General Contractor.
